These terms govern your use of the Wader Careers jobs board (the “Service”), operated by Wader Aviation (“Wader”, “we”, “us”). By browsing listings, using the eligibility matching features, or contacting us through the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What Wader Careers is

Wader Careers is a job-listing platform. We publish pilot vacancies and help you understand which roles may suit your experience. Wader is not an employer, recruitment agency, or party to any employment relationship. Listings are provided by, or on behalf of, the airlines, operators and organisations advertising the roles (“Advertisers”).

2. No endorsement or guarantee

• We do not employ, endorse, vet, or guarantee any Advertiser or the accuracy of any listing.
• Job details, requirements, availability and closing dates are supplied by Advertisers and may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice.
• We are not responsible for the hiring process, communications, decisions, or outcomes between you and any Advertiser.

3. Eligibility matching is advisory

Where you are signed in, the Service may compare published role requirements against information derived from your Wader logbook (such as flight hours, type ratings and licences) to indicate roles you may qualify for. This matching is informational and advisory only. It does not guarantee eligibility, an interview, or an offer, and it is not a substitute for the Advertiser’s own assessment or applicable regulatory requirements. You are responsible for confirming your own eligibility before applying.

4. Applying for roles

Applications are made directly with the Advertiser, typically via an external link or contact method provided in the listing. Any information you submit to an Advertiser is governed by that Advertiser’s own terms and privacy practices, not ours.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the Service lawfully and only for genuine career purposes.
• Do not scrape, copy, resell, or republish listings without our written permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or unlawful information.

6. Advertisers

If you advertise a role, you confirm you are authorised to do so and that your listing is accurate, lawful, and non-discriminatory. You are responsible for the content of your listing and for complying with all applicable employment and advertising laws. We may edit, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion.

7. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wader excludes all warranties and is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Service, reliance on any listing or eligibility indication, or your dealings with any Advertiser. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
