This notice explains how Wader Aviation (“Wader”, “we”) handles information in connection with the Wader Careers jobs board. It covers the jobs board specifically; your use of the wider Wader logbook is governed by our main account terms and privacy practices.

1. Browsing the jobs board

You can browse and search listings without signing in. We use limited analytics to understand aggregate usage and improve the Service, consistent with your cookie/consent choices.

2. Eligibility matching

When you are signed in, the eligibility indicators are computed from information already in your Wader account — such as logbook-derived flight hours, type ratings and licences — to show which roles you may qualify for. This matching happens for your benefit to personalise what you see; we do not sell this information or share it with Advertisers as part of browsing.

3. Contacting us and Advertisers

• If you email us (for example about advertising a role), we process the contact details and message content you provide in order to respond.
• When you apply for a role, you do so directly with the Advertiser via the link or contact method in the listing. Any information you share with an Advertiser is handled under that Advertiser’s own privacy practices, not ours.

4. What we don’t do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your logbook data with Advertisers without your action (for example, you choosing to apply or contact them).

You can manage analytics/cookie preferences through the consent controls in the app. For requests relating to your personal information, contact us using the details below.
